Attached please find the written permission from the UCC Conference for our proposal of 
ownership transfer. This completes the information gathering and "permissions" we were 
asked to get for you from our three original sponsoring denominations.
 
Now the process is in your hands (ULM and UBF) in terms of making decisions with your 
own boards and governing bodies. We trust you will do so in a timely manner in light of 
UCCF's financial situation. Using the timeline we provided as a guide, if you can get the 
approvals you need over the summer, we can proceed with CRC Board "next steps" by early 
September.
