Hello friends - 

The attachment to this email has some updated information regarding UCCF's proposal to 
transfer their equity in the building to New Covenant Community.  It includes the requested 
timeline for completing this process, as well as a brief summary of New 
Covenant Community's financial health (2009 to present budget figures - income and 
expenses).  You will also find an acknowledgement of permission from UCCF's original 
supporting judicatories to proceed (one in writing, two verbal with written to come).

Please use this information to facilitate the process of acquiring permission from your own 
respective judicatories.  UCCF's financial situation has not improved, so of course it will be 
appreciated if we can keep moving forward in a timely manner.  Please keep us informed as 
developments unfold. We'll be in touch again in the next month or so to gauge progress and 
consult on next steps, and will send the written UCC and PCUSA "permissions" as soon as 
we have them.
